HALL RENTAL INFORMATION
 
All monies must be paid to the township clerk the Tuesday before the hall rental. NO exceptions 
 
  • RENTAL $175.00 for residents, $200.00 for non residents
  • DEPOSIT (CASH) $200.00
  • HALL HOLDS 70 PEOPLE
  • NO SMOKING
  • NO ALCOHOL
  • USE OF KITCHEN, REST ROOMS, ETC. WITH RENTAL
  • FOR SUMMER RENTALS, BACKYARD CAN ALSO BE USED
 
 
 
PARK PAVILLION RENTAL INFORMATION
 
  • RENTAL $25.00 (includes electricity)
  • NO ALCOHOL
  • THERE IS A PORT-A-JOHN OUT THERE
  • PICNIC TABLES ARE IN PAVILLION

HALL RENTAL RULES & GUIDELINES
 
Ø      WHEN PARKING, DO NOT BLOCK FIRE DEPARTMENT DOORS! DEPENDING ON THE SIZE OF YOUR PARTY, SOME MAY HAVE TO DOUBLE PARK OR PARK ON STREET. 
 
Ø      NO SMOKING ANYWHERE INSIDE BUILDING
 
Ø      NO ALCOHOL IS PERMITTED ON TOWNSHIP PROPERTY
 
Ø      YOU MUST PROVIDE YOUR OWN GARBAGE BAGS AND ANY EXTRA PAPER PRODUCTS SUCH AS TOILET PAPER, PAPER TOWELS, ETC.
 
Ø      PLEASE LEAVE YOUR PETS AT HOME
 
Ø      IF THE DOORS ARE OPEN DURING YOUR EVENT, PLEASE TURN THE AIR CONDITIONING OR HEAT OFF.
 
Ø      IF YOU USE DISH TOWELS FROM THE HALL, PLEASE TAKE THEM HOME, LAUNDER THEM, THEN RETURN THEM TO US
 
TO INSURE THAT YOUR DEPOSIT WILL BE
RETURNED ONCE YOUR EVENT IS OVER:
 
Ø      IF YOU SPILL SOMETHING ON THE CARPETING, USE THE CARPET CLEANER UNDER THE KITCHEN SINK TO HELP SAFEGUARD AGAINST A PERMANENT STAIN
 
Ø      ALL TABLES MUST BE RETURNED TO SUPPLY CLOSET
 
Ø      ALL CHAIRS MUST BE RETURNED TO CHAIR RACK. PLEASE DO NOT MOVE CHAIR RACK FROM ITS CURRENT LOCATION.
 
Ø      ALL FLOORS MUST BE SWEPT & CARPET MUST BE VACUUMED
 
Ø      ALL GARBAGE BASKETS MUST BE EMPTIED AND GARBAGE MUST BE PLACED IN THE DUMPSTER ON THE NORTH END OF THE BUILDING (PLEASE DO NOT FORGET THE GARBAGE BASKETS IN THE RESTROOMS)
 
Ø      LOCK HALL WHEN LEAVING WITH THE KEY AND PLACE THE KEY IN THE LIBRARY BOOK RETURN SLOT (UNLESS OTHER ARRANGEMENTS HAVE BEEN MADE BY CLERK)
