If they are not with valid plate they are considered "junk automoblies", this is according to law. All "junk automobiles" must be kept inside an outbuilding. We do not dictate how many vehicles you can own or have on your property, weather they run or not, what shape they are in. Law dictates if they are visable they must have a valid plate.
